"Stolen Happiness" part 2 (42 episodes, director: Nham Minh Hien) revolves around the story of finding a lost biological daughter and the thorny journey home of Binh An (played by Bich Ngoc). In addition, the love story and family conflicts are also exploited more dramatically.
The trailer for part 2 focuses on the villain Thien Nga (played by Quynh Luong). She has the ambition to enter the Do family and become the adopted daughter of Anh Duong (played by Ngoc Lan).
Thien Nga will stop at nothing to achieve her goal, taking advantage of Phuc Luan's (Steven Nguyen) kindness and love, preventing Binh An from reaching Trung Quan (Thuan Nguyen) and having a chance to return.
The complicated relationship between the two sisters is both the main conflict and the highlight that creates depth for the film "Stolen Happiness".
Part 2 also depicts more clearly the hidden corners of humanity, greed and the struggle to find true happiness.
On the journey to find her child, Anh Duong has to face a tragedy when her child is right in front of her eyes but she doesn't realize it.Moreover, the teacher next to Binh An is Thuy Hanh (played by Hong Anh) - her sister-in-law and also the person who once confronted Anh Duong.
Having loved Hong Anh's character since primary and secondary school, Ngoc Lan considers Hong Anh her acting idol.
"I witnessed and watched her journey from before she got married to when she got married and her developments in her career as well as in her family. This film is the first project I have worked with Hong Anh" - Ngoc Lan expressed.

The characters Anh Duong and Thuy Hanh are two talented daughters-in-law of the Do family. They used to be close like sisters but have become rivals in the race for the position of family heir.
The fierce struggle not only tore apart the relationship but also left behind incurable wounds. With emotional acting, Ngoc Lan and Hong Anh successfully portrayed the pain and struggle in many climaxes.
“There were so many crying scenes that I couldn’t count them all.The actors competed with each other for every tear.I was very competitive, the more tears Hong Anh cried, the more I wanted to cry. However, I always lost,” Ngoc Lan shared.
Bich Ngoc added: “Hong Anh is like the ‘queen of tears’.I learned a lot from her and Ngoc Lan.Before filming, Ngoc Lan and I discussed a lot about how to act, how to bring out the emotions of the two people at their best.” Part 2 of the film will be broadcast on the VieON and VTV9 apps, starting from February 3, 2025.
