The album includes 9 songs built like an emotional diary, revolving around the levels of love and maturity after a breakup. The name "-37°C" is inspired by the temperature below freezing point, symbolizing emotions that were once suppressed, cooled down after injuries in love and life.
The songs in the album are arranged in the order of a story, starting from the first vibrations with "Hi em", "Yêu từ cái nhìn đầu tiên", followed by the infatuation in "Cuốn lấy anh đi", then transitioning to moments of silence and regret through "Lần đầu bất lực", "Bae", "Dào này em ổn không? Anh vẫn yêu em thế thôi" before ending with "Dành hết vận may". This arrangement helps the album be seamless instead of just a collection of individual songs.

Regarding musical color, Jey B continues to pursue the Pop Ballad genre combined with R&B - a genre that has made his mark through many previous products. However, the male singer also experimented with modern Pop elements along with new vocal processing and harmony to create diversity for the album.
Among the 9 songs, "Become the person I want", "First time helpless" and "Take me away" were previously released. In particular, "Become the person I want" received many positive feedbacks when promoting the strengths of Jey B's warm voice and emotional style.
The debut album also shows the male singer's quite consistent musical orientation. Instead of constantly changing to follow trends, Jey B chose to develop on the foundation of Pop Ballad mixed with R&B - a genre of music suitable for his voice as well as the image he has built over the years.
Before releasing the album, Jey B held his first personal fan meeting named "Winter Prince", gathering many close colleagues such as BigDaddy, Tez, Gill, Pham Dinh Thai Ngan and B Ray. The event is considered a preparation step for a series of promotional activities for long-term music projects.
