The event is co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports and the Ho Chi Minh City Center for the Arts. With the theme "City-maze-ing - Many unexpected colors", HOZO City Tet Fest 2025 aims to build a modern, open festival space, connecting creative communities and approaching international standards.

The opening night took place solemnly, combining ceremony rituals, gratitude activities for accompanying units and a vibrant music party with the theme throughout "Made in Vietnam" - honoring the identity, talent and creative spirit of Vietnamese artists. At the same time, the program continues to spread the sustainable development message "More music, less plastic", aiming to build the image of a civilized, clean, beautiful and safe city.

Opening the art night was female singer Phuong My Chi with the song Vu xu Co Bay. Growing up from folk music, Phuong My Chi brought a performance rich in identity, combined with the DTAP group, creating a musical space that harmonizes tradition and contemporary breath. Performances such as Bong phu hoa, Rock hat gao, Nha toi co treo mot lach or Ho nang minh not only show clear artistic personality but also show efforts to refresh folk materials to reach young audiences.

Continuing the program is the participation of many typical young artists such as Thanh Thuy, The Thien, saxophone artists An Tran, My Anh and Phung Khanh Linh. Each artist brings a unique color, from pop, R&B, jazz to personal musical experiments, contributing to creating a diverse musical picture for the opening night.
The festival atmosphere really exploded when HIEUTHUHAI appeared on stage. HIEUTHUHAI stirred up the audience with a series of familiar songs such as Sleeping alone, Crocodile tears, Turn on the music or See you under the moonlight. The liberal performance style, youthful energy and direct connection with the audience helped the male singer's performance become one of the notable highlights of the opening night.

Closing the program was the appearance of Truc Nhan and Hoang Thuy Linh, two artists who are always highly appreciated for their ability to refresh Vietnamese music. Songs imbued with creative spirit, combining folk materials with modern musical language have contributed to affirming the "Made in Vietnam" spirit that HOZO City Tet Fest 2025 aims for.

HOZO City Tet Fest 2025 will continue to take place until the end of the night of December 31 at Saigon Riverside Park, promising to bring a series of vibrant art, cultural and community experiences, contributing to promoting the image of Ho Chi Minh City as dynamic, creative and rich in identity to a large number of domestic and international audiences.
