Participating in the sitcom "Indoors and Outsides: Alley Without Love" on THVL1, artist Thanh Ngoc plays Mrs. Lanh - a former classmate of Mrs. Nam Hau (Phuong Dung). The character comes from the countryside to the city to earn a living by selling soft drinks. The character has a personality that likes to "chat", or tease others but contains a lot of loneliness and a desire for a family home.
Thanh Ngoc said that her personality in real life is completely different from the character on screen. If Mrs. Lanh in the movie often interferes in other people's affairs, in real life the female artist is quite introverted and rarely interferes in everyone's private affairs.
According to Thanh Ngoc, when she was young, she used to have an impulsive personality, doing whatever she liked and rarely thinking about the consequences. However, over time, the female artist gradually learned to adjust herself, focusing on correcting her shortcomings and learning positive things from those around her.
In her acting career, Thanh Ngoc said that she is never picky about roles. For female artists, each character has its own value. Sometimes she plays a rich woman, sometimes transforms into a poor character, even a servant. For Thanh Ngoc, the most important thing is how to fully express the emotions of the character.

Before each new role, the female artist often spends time observing and understanding the psychology of the characters. Besides, she also constantly learns from seniors as well as young actors to improve her acting skills.
Thanh Ngoc was born into a family with a long artistic tradition. From her great-grandmother, grandmother, mother to her sisters, they all pursued the path of theater. In her family, she has famous sisters such as Thanh Hang, Ngan Quynh and NSND Thanh Ngan.
Recalling the time before, Thanh Ngoc admitted to missing many opportunities due to self-doubt. Every time she encounters difficulties or hurts, she tends to let go instead of continuing to try. Meanwhile, the female artist's sisters are always more persistent and strive harder to overcome challenges.
In the past, I was quite self-conscious, so I rarely liked to appear in crowded places. Because of self-consciousness, sometimes I was also hot-tempered. Later I realized that it was not good. Sister two Thanh Hang and sister four Ngan Quynh often advised and encouraged me, so I gradually changed," Thanh Ngoc shared.
The female artist said that her greatest pride is the success of the family members. The fact that the sisters are all loved by the audience, especially the younger sister Thanh Ngan being awarded the title of People's Artist, makes her feel happy and proud.
