Noo Phuoc Thinh announced the poster of a new music project called "Nhấc máy", confirming his comeback after a long absence.
The project includes 4 tracks with a consistent style revolving around calls and the phone. In addition to the opening part "Prologue: Incoming call...", the EP has three main songs including "Nhấc máy", "Cuộc gọi cuối" and "Gọi cho anh".
All compositions in the EP are made by MiQ and Soulient - two members of the music collective Catchellers, a group that has made a mark with many songs loved by young people such as "May mắn" (Luck), "Giấc mơ" (Dream), "Nói dối" (Lie) or "Cafe mùa mưa" (Rainy Season Coffee).
Noo Phuoc Thinh said that the musical color this time is both familiar and very new to him. The male singer shared that he had to try many singing styles and musical thinking that he had never done before when entering the recording studio.
The highlight of the project is the first collaboration between Noo Phuoc Thinh and Gen Z 52Hz singer in the song "The Last Call". Previously, many rumors appeared on social networks when both simultaneously revealed information about new products.
Noo Phuoc Thinh said he felt the youthful energy when working with the new generation of artists. Meanwhile, 52Hz said that being in the same product with senior artists is a special experience because she has listened to Noo Phuoc Thinh's music since she was young.
The EP continues to have the production participation of DTAP - the producer group that has accompanied Noo Phuoc Thinh in many outstanding stages in recent times such as mashups at Green Wave 2023 or V Concert 2025.
Besides music, the male singer also invested in a series of activities for fans. For the first time, Noo Phuoc Thinh released a limited souvenir (merchandise) product set named "Noo Series 01: First call collection", and also organized two private premieres in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi for audiences to preview the entire MV of the EP.
In addition, the male singer also revealed plans to make fan calls, livestream conversations on the phone with fans - activities that are considered to be close and suitable for the "Take the phone" concept.
