The film "Stolen Happiness" part 2 (42 episodes, director: Nham Minh Hien, screenwriter: Thanh Huong) continues to promote drama by going deep into family conflicts, love and the consequences of wrong choices.
The notable highlight is the inner struggle of Mrs. Chat (played by Meritorious Artist Hanh Thuy). Having a deep love for her biological daughter Thien Nga (played by Quynh Luong) and always standing by her side, she gradually realized her mistakes. She quietly apologized in her mind, felt heartbroken and tormented when she herself knew she had unfairly treated Binh An (played by Bich Ngoc).
An important turning point was that Binh An realized that Mrs. Chat had stolen her idea to help Thien Nga. This further increased the inner conflict in Mrs. Chat. Will she be brave enough to face Thien Nga and protect Binh An, or will she continue to be blinded by maternal love?
Quynh Luong shared: Ba Chat is suffering, fighting, not wanting her children to be more evil, wanting to save them from that evil. I couldn't hold back my broken heart and cried as if I was in mourning. I also struggle mentally, between the feelings of a mother and the character.
In addition, in the development of the film, the character Phuc Luan (played by Steven Nguyen) has a kissing scene with Thien Nga, leading to a kiss between the two characters. This is the reunion of Quynh Luong and Steven Nguyen after the movie "Winter Sun".
Each character has its own situation for each film. My character and Mr. Steven Nguyen are in a state of trying to chase after the other person. In the film, both of them put themselves in the character's psychology and no longer think that they are colleagues" - Quynh Luong shared.
The film is broadcast on VieON at 8:00 p.m. every Monday to Wednesday and at 6:50 p.m. every Friday to Sunday on VTV9 channel.
