Not only stopping at cooking, the culinary profession is also a foundation for developing service thinking, quality management and creative experiences for customers.

Mr. Nguyen Thuong Quan - Chairman of the Vietnam Chef Association emphasized that passion alone is not enough, but it needs to be accompanied by a long-term vision and a desire to reach out internationally. According to him, Vietnam is entering a period of strong integration, where opportunities open up for young people who dare to think and dare to do.
He said that with the companionship and sharing from HTMI School, learners who know how to seize opportunities will be more likely to achieve success.
