Da Nang - Psychologist To Nhi A believes that students need to identify mental risks and know how to protect their minds in the digital age.

On the afternoon of October 9, the series of mental health care programs for high school students in the Central - Central Highlands in 2026 of Dong A University was officially launched at the first school, Vo Chi Cong High School, Da Nang City.

The theme throughout the series of programs is "Mental Health at Schools - Identifying and responding to risks in the digital age".

At the program, a large number of teachers and more than 1,000 students of Vo Chi Cong High School listened to the topic "Mental health at school - Identifying and responding to risks in the digital age" directly led and delivered by psychologist Dr. To Nhi A.

Accordingly, through vivid and familiar real-life stories, Dr. To Nhi A has "named" mental risks in the digital age - when social networks became a "second classroom" with "invisible competitions", comparing society with negativity, pressure for achievements and publicity, the invasion of the virtual world... thereby suggesting solutions to respond and restore mental health - the "hiding" part in learning and career guidance, helping students proactively set safety boundaries for the mind.
