On the afternoon of October 9, the series of mental health care programs for high school students in the Central - Central Highlands in 2026 of Dong A University was officially launched at the first school, Vo Chi Cong High School, Da Nang City.
The theme throughout the series of programs is "Mental Health at Schools - Identifying and responding to risks in the digital age".
At the program, a large number of teachers and more than 1,000 students of Vo Chi Cong High School listened to the topic "Mental health at school - Identifying and responding to risks in the digital age" directly led and delivered by psychologist Dr. To Nhi A.
Accordingly, through vivid and familiar real-life stories, Dr. To Nhi A has "named" mental risks in the digital age - when social networks became a "second classroom" with "invisible competitions", comparing society with negativity, pressure for achievements and publicity, the invasion of the virtual world... thereby suggesting solutions to respond and restore mental health - the "hiding" part in learning and career guidance, helping students proactively set safety boundaries for the mind.

Directly accompanying the psychological consultation, screening and mental health care activities for high school students are doctors and psychologists from the Young Lion Institute for Software Skills Research and Training - Dong A University.
In addition, high school students will also be advised on smart career orientation with experts through the experience of the CIC professional experience - an optimal test to help students rank the suitability of all professions in society, based on comparing "Certificate of each profession" with the characteristics of Smart Intelligence - thu thu tri - Characteristics and expectations of students.
This is the third consecutive year that the mental health care program for high school students of Dong A University has come to high schools in the Central Highlands provinces. The program is expected to be implemented from October 2025 to the end of March 2026, at high schools in Da Nang, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak... with about more than 10,000 students participating.

Lam Tu Trung - Vice President of the Vietnam Psychotherapy Association, Director of the Center for Consultation and Mental Health Care of Dong A University - commented: "The mental health care program for high school students in the Central - Central Highlands in 2026 is implemented on the basis of closely following Circular 18/2025/TT-BGDDT dated September 15, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training guiding school counseling and social work in schools. The program is designed to advise, orient careers, support learning issues, gender, social relationships, psychology and life skills for learners".
On the same morning, Dong A University also organized the program "mental health at school - Identifying and responding to risks in the digital age" on the occasion of World Mental Health Day October 10.
The program was attended by more than 30 representatives of the Board of Directors and teachers and school psychology officers from high schools in Da Nang city, lecturers and more than 500 students of the Psychology and Pedagogy sector of Dong A University.
It is known that after 2 years of implementation, the series of mental health care programs for high school students of Dong A University in 2024 and 2025 has also accompanied more than 20,000 students in the Central - Central Highlands provinces.
