Students soon access job information
The thematic job transaction session of Youth Month 2026 has 1,866 recruitment targets from 36 businesses and units. In which, job opportunities focus on the 18-25 age group with 1,880/1,866 targets, accounting for 63.8%.
Attending the session early, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh (22 years old, Hanoi) is a final year student of Economic Law - Vietnam Women's Academy. Previously, Ms. Quynh used to work as a part-time wedding invitation service with a salary of 3 million VND/month.
Ms. Quynh said: "The part-time job before helped me have more income and experience, but currently, my biggest priority is to find a position that matches the major I am studying. I came to the transaction session early with the desire to carefully understand the recruitment requirements, listen to advice from businesses, thereby re-evaluating my abilities and seeking internship or official collaboration opportunities at reputable units.
While learning about job information at the recruitment desk, Ms. Nguyen Huyen Trang (20 years old, Hanoi) shared that although she is working part-time with an income of 3-4 million VND/month, she is still present at the recruitment desk early to learn about the labor market.

I want to learn more about the reality of the job in the Economic Law industry, see what skills and knowledge recruiters are currently demanding from candidates. After listening to advice and sharing from them, I will have a more specific direction for the future, know what I need to improve, and promptly add shortcomings even when I am still in school. If there is a suitable opportunity today, I would also like to try my hand at a internship position to accumulate practical experience," Ms. Trang said.
Businesses expand internship and training opportunities from the beginning
Directly participating in the recruitment, Ms. Le Thi Minh Tam - representative of the Center for Research and Application of Science - Psychology of Rehabilitation Education VinaHealth - said that the center is recruiting positions such as special education, psychology, social work, preschool education... with an income of 8-15 million VND/month.
According to Ms. Tam, at the job transaction session, the center will focus on recruiting new graduates and have a training program from the beginning for them. "We will train everyone, from professional expertise to communication and consulting skills. The unit has built a working process with a clear professional orientation so that young people are not surprised when starting a job. In which, graduates in the right major, especially psychology and social work, will be prioritized for recruitment," Ms. Tam said.
Mr. Pham Van Ngan - representative of Brandco Law Company Limited - said that the company is recruiting 2 positions: consultant for handling violations and assistant lawyer. Due to the need to expand the office, Mr. Ngan set a target for the coming time to attract 30-40 more candidates and recruit 10 candidates after passing the interview rounds and meeting the conditions set by the company.

To support young personnel who are new graduates, the company has built a methodical development roadmap. Mr. Ngan shared: "We identify people as the core foundation, so all positions have training procedures from the first 1-3 months. Each new personnel has a mentor who accompanies 1-1 so that new graduates can soon catch up with the job and meet the strict professional standards of the legal profession.
The thematic job transaction session of Youth Month 2026 has 36 participating units, with 20 businesses in the field of trade - services, accounting for 89%.
The target for recruiting labor with college and university degrees is 721, accounting for 38.6%; labor with intermediate level - technical workers is 592, accounting for 31.7%; general labor is 553, accounting for 29.7%. The recruitment session has a variety of occupations and income levels divided according to recruitment needs from 5-15 million VND/month.
