Increasingly fierce competition for human resources is prompting most businesses to adjust their salary increases to maintain competitiveness.
The Technology, Manufacturing and Renewable Energy sectors recognize strong human resource demand, while AI and Automation are reshaping the work structure and skill requirements.
The workforce also shows a ready-minded mindset for the future, with 59% proactively improving their skills to adapt to digital transformation at the workplace. More than 76% of employees are confident in career opportunities in the field they are working in. About 35% of employees plan to propose a salary increase of over 25% when changing jobs.
The salary increase in 2026 is expected to remain stable at 15-25%. Three factors determine employee satisfaction and attachment: Good salary and benefits (64%), inspiring corporate culture (39%), flexible working regime (36%).
