Many businesses in Thang Long Industrial Park (Hanoi) are increasing recruitment in large numbers, opening up many job opportunities for workers.

According to records from recruitment information boards, many foreign-invested enterprises are in need of recruiting a large number of production workers.

For example, SEI Electronic Components (Vietnam), Ltd. announced the recruitment of up to 1,500 workers to work at the factory in Thang Long Industrial Park. This enterprise said that workers will work on production lines, product operation and electronic component inspection.

The basic salary offered by the business is about 6.38 million VND/month, receiving 100% salary immediately during the probation period. The total average income after adding allowances and overtime can reach 9 - 12 million VND/month.

Workers are also entitled to allowances such as housing, travel, work area allowances and business performance bonuses.

Not only this enterprise, many other companies in the industrial park are also promoting recruitment. For example, Ogino Vietnam Co., Ltd. announced urgent recruitment of 30 male workers for the production department.

The expected income level is from 8.5 - 10.4 million VND/month, not including bonuses, allowances and overtime pay. The company said that employees will be trained if they do not have experience, and will fully participate in insurance and welfare regimes according to regulations.

Meanwhile, Suncall Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. is also recruiting 100 male and female workers. This enterprise offers an estimated income of about 11 million VND/month, along with housing, travel and attendance allowances.

Recruitment conditions are quite open, mainly requiring workers of working age, with good health and can work in shifts.

Meiko Electronics announces recruitment of 50 manufacturing workers to work at the company's factory.

According to recruitment information, workers will directly operate production lines and machinery, inspect products, package and transfer products to the next stages. Workers also participate in cleaning, maintaining equipment and performing other tasks as required by managers.

The business said that the total income of employees can reach about 13 million VND/month, depending on productivity and working hours. The current basic salary is about 6.26 million VND/month, excluding allowances and bonuses.

Workers also receive many supports such as travel allowance of 250,000 VND/month, living allowance of 200,000 VND/month, monthly job evaluation bonus up to 600,000 VND. In addition, there are quarterly and annual attendance bonuses that can be up to 2.5 million VND.

According to businesses, recruitment demand is increasing sharply to meet the production expansion plan in 2026 as well as compensate for the labor shortage after Tet and after some fluctuations in the labor market.

Many businesses said they are willing to recruit unskilled people and organize on-site training to quickly supplement human resources for the production line.

Reality shows that many businesses simultaneously recruiting in large numbers are creating opportunities for workers to find stable jobs.

The recruitment positions are mainly production workers, component manipulation, product inspection - jobs that do not require too high qualifications, suitable for many unskilled workers.
