On May 16, in Nghe An, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation organized the launching ceremony of the "I love my Fatherland" Journey in 2026, celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Youth Federation (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2026).
The program takes place on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, celebrating the success of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, and also towards the 13th National Youth Union Congress.
Attending the launching ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation; Mr. Nguyen Kim Quy - Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation.
On the local side, there were Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
With the theme "Proud of the 70-year tradition of the Vietnam Youth Federation", the "I love my Fatherland" Journey is being implemented from May to October 15, 2026 nationwide, synchronously from the Central to the grassroots level.
The activities will combine direct forms at the local level with online communication, aiming to build a widespread political activity among Vietnamese youth in and outside the country.
Through the program, the Organizing Committee expects to spread patriotism, arouse national pride, and promote the pioneering role of youth in the new period.
