The contest was held on February 13-14, attended and directed by Rear Admiral Nguyen Thien Quan, Commander of the Region; Also attending were Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Region.
Participating in the contest are 29 models of consulting, logistics, and technical work (14 visual models, 15 simulation software); 34 models, initiative and inventive software, 26 short video clips, 54 lesson plans, 27 sets of books on Party work and political work selected from the grassroots competition of agencies and units in the whole Region.
The new point of this year's competition is that the subjects and ingredients are expanded; increase the content of the practical exam through political lectures and production of short promotional and encouragement video clips posted by the organizing committee on social networking platforms and let the judges base on the results through likes, shares, and comments from readers.
In his opening speech, Colonel Vu Dinh Hien, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Region, Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition, praised the agencies and functions of the Region and the participating forces for doing a good job of preparation, and at the same time requested the organizing committee and the judges to uphold their responsibility, be serious, honest, impartial, accurate, and organize the competition scientifically and according to the set plan.
