4th Runner-up of Miss Culture Vietnam 2026 - Luu To Uyen impressed with her gentle beauty and diverse achievements from art to sports before stepping onto the beauty stage. In addition to the title of Runner-up, she also won the Miss Talent award at the contest.
Luu To Uyen was born in 2004, from Quang Ninh. She possesses white skin, delicate face and balanced figure with a height of 1.65m. Currently, To Uyen is a 4th year student at Hanoi University of Business and Technology.
Before being crowned 4th runner-up at Miss Culture Vietnam 2026, To Uyen made her mark with many outstanding achievements in the fields of art and sports.
She once entered the top 4 of the Miss Tourism 2023 photo contest, won the second prize in Quang Ninh province dance, and also won a bronze medal in Taekwondo.
In addition, the beauty from Quang Ninh also participated in acting in some VTV programs such as "12 zodiac animals", thereby accumulating more experience before entering beauty pageants.
Sharing about the title achieved, Runner-up To Uyen said: "For me, Runner-up is not just a title but also a responsibility and mission. It is the responsibility to spread positive values, inspire the community and constantly improve myself both in terms of knowledge and personality".
According to To Uyen, the image of a beauty queen in the new era is not only limited to appearance but must also be associated with knowledge and positive values for society.
I want to use my image to inspire young people, especially those who are still self-deprecating, so that they dare to pursue their dreams. Besides, I also want to participate in many community activities and constantly develop myself in the future," she shared.
With a spirit of progress and diverse experiences from art, sports to television, Runner-up To Uyen is expected to continue to have many positive activities after stepping out of Miss Culture Vietnam 2026.
