According to model Ngoc Anh Nana, this is considered a milestone marking her mark after switching to the field of catwalk training for beauties to compete in beauty pageants.
Speaking about accepting to be a catwalk director for Miss Vietnam 2026 contestants, Ngoc Anh Nana said, "Miss Vietnam is a long-standing contest with its own standards and identity. I want to use the experiences accumulated after many years of modeling, beauty pageants and catwalk training to help contestants be more confident, more beautiful and most importantly, to show their colors on stage.

Ngoc Anh said that she herself also faces great pressure when taking on this role because this is not just a fashion stage but the stage of an iconic contest."Each step, the way the contestant handles the team or the demeanor must be in line with the spirit of Miss Vietnam," Ngoc Anh Nana shared.
Ngoc Anh also added that in her work she always sets very high standards and tries to make everything as neat as possible. What she wants is that when the audience sees the contestants on stage, they will feel the elegance, confidence and very Vietnamese beauty, not just a beautiful catwalk.
She believes that the biggest difficulty when training catwalk for Miss Vietnam contestants is that each contestant has a different starting point and foundation."Some have advantages in physique but do not know how to control their bodies, some are very confident but do not walk beautifully, and some are initially quite shy," Ngoc Anh Nana said.

Ngoc Anh Nana does not apply a formula to all contestants because "I have to observe each of you to know where your strengths and weaknesses are and then adjust from very basic things such as posture, steps, eyes, rhythm to how to handle it when standing in a team.I will not turn all of you into a similar pattern but will help each contestant find the most beautiful version of themselves".
Ngoc Anh Nana shared that after many years standing on stage as a contestant and model, beauty queen, she realized that she has a lot of experience and wants to pass it on to the next generation. When she was a contestant of beauty contests, she understood the feeling of nervousness, pressure and difficulties when having to step onto the stage in front of thousands of spectators.

At one point, I felt that I not only wanted to continue standing on stage, but also wanted to stand behind the stage to create beautiful steps for others. Catwalk training for me is not simply teaching how to walk, but to help a girl understand her body, master the stage and confidently express her personality.
Perhaps this is also how I continue to accompany art and beauty contests, but in a different role: Not just a person walking on stage, but someone who contributes to creating the stage," Ngoc Anh Nana frankly shared.

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh was born in 1993, from Hanoi, 1.76m tall, is a beauty who entered the Top 10 and won the supporting prize "Friendly Beauty" at the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 contest.Previously, she won the runner-up prize in the Elite Model Look 2014 contest.
