Avocado and kale smoothie
Ingredients:
- 75 grams of avocado
- 3-5 kale leaves
- 1 banana
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 3-4 stones
How to do:
- Chop kale leaves, peel and slice the banana and avocado.
- Add everything to a blender with water and protein powder.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour in smoothies and enjoy.
Mango and yogurt smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 100 grams low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 200 ml of plant milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 3-4 stones
How to do:
Peel and cut the mango into squares.
- Add the ingredients to the blender with plant milk, Greek yogurt and protein powder. Add honey if needed.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour in smoothies and enjoy.
