Mr. Doan Nguyen Hong (born in 1980) has a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Senior degree in political theory.
Starting working in 2002 as an accountant, he has held many key positions in the finance - accounting sector of the unit.
He has held the positions of Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Department of Finance - Accounting, Chief Accountant, and is also Secretary of the Party Cell of the 3rd Functional Block, Vice Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
From June 2025 to present, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Hospital in Dong Hoi.
