American International Hospital announces free cancer consultation program

On March 27, American International Hospital (AIH) launched a program "1,000 consultations & 12 cases of free surgery for cancer patients with a team of Japanese professors". The program helps cancer patients have the opportunity to access high-quality, in-depth medical services from leading experts, aiming to raise awareness of the importance of periodic cancer screening, contributing to early detection and improving the opportunity for successful treatment for patients.

The program will provide free consultation and examination for 1,000 patients with cancer or suspected breast, thyroid, lung, and digestive cancer.

The program also plans to support 12 cancer patients to have free surgery when prescribed for outpatient treatment.

Prof. Dr. Saijo Yasuo - Representative of the team of doctors at the Oncology - Surgery Center of AIH Hospital, an expert from Raffles Medical: "With more than 40 years of experience in cancer treatment in Japan, I hope to contribute to this meaningful program, bringing new hope to many Vietnamese cancer patients. At AIH Hospital, patients will receive in-depth consultation under close coordination between a team of doctors and experienced experts from the two hospitals. Patients will have access to advanced methods and treatments in surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy... at AIH Hospital and Raffles Hospital Singapore."
