After a month of enduring a persistent chest pain and sweating, the 23-year-old girl went to the clinic and discovered a rare cancer.

For a month, suffering from chest pain and night sweats, N, 23, still thinks she is just tired as usual. Only when the pain became apparent did she decide to go to the 108 Central Military Hospital for examination.

At the hospital, blood and Marrow test results showed many abnormal cells. PET/CT images show mediastinal and peripheral kidneys typical signs of lymphoma. After a photosynthesis and consultation, the doctor concluded that the patient had DLBCL - a rapidly progressive hemocystic cancer, but could be effectively treated if detected early.

The patient was assigned the first pathological chemotherapy at the Department of Clinical Hematology. After more than two weeks of treatment, his health was stable, and his indicators improved significantly. She was discharged from the hospital and continued to have regular check-ups.

N's case is a warning for young people who are subjective about their health: simple symptoms such as breast pain, sweating, weight loss or prolonged fever are sometimes a sign of serious illness, even cancer.

According to doctors in the Department of Clinical Hematology, DLBCL is the most common form in the group of non- Hodgkin lymphocytes, originating from B cells in the immune system. When these cells change, they increase and give birth uncontrollably, forming a malignant tumor.

Warning signs such as unusual Tubers in the neck, armpits, groin or deep in the chest and abdomen; Prolonged fever, night sweats; Rapid weight loss, fatigue, exhaustion; chest pain, prolonged cough, difficulty breathing due to large, compressed tubers.

Risk factors include immunodeficiency, viral infections (EBV, HIV), Helicobacter pylori bacteria, exposure to toxic chemicals, or genetic disorders. The disease can occur at any age, including young, healthy people.

Currently, the main treatment method is chemotherapy according to the standard regimen, sometimes combining stem cell transplantation to create blood. With the development of medicine, many patients have completely recovered and can return to normal life.

The treating doctor said that if the patient does not come for examination on time, in just a few weeks or a few months, the condition can be critical. N's story is a reminder of the importance of regular health check-ups, even though she is feeling completely healthy.
