According to the report of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee, regarding the implementation of issuing electronic Criminal Record Certificates, the province has completed the connection in the testing environment between the province's administrative procedure settlement information system and the Criminal Record Certificate issuance software (Ministry of Justice), and has received the official key to connect with the Criminal Record Certificate issuance software (Ministry of Justice). However, the information security system is still overcoming some limitations to be granted a secret key to officially connect with VNeID (expected to be completed in November 2024).

Regarding the implementation of Electronic Health Book, Dong Thap Department of Health is submitting to the Provincial People's Committee a draft Plan to pilot the implementation of Electronic Health Book for integration on VNeID application in Dong Thap province.
The Department also directed medical examination and treatment facilities in the area to urgently correct data fields to ensure compliance with Decision 2733/QD-BYT dated September 17, 2024 of the Ministry of Health. However, the Ministry of Health currently has no instructions on implementing electronic health insurance referral papers and electronic re-examination appointment papers on VNeID.
Also on the afternoon of November 4, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province held a meeting of the Working Group on the progress of issuing Criminal Records and Electronic Health Books on the VNeID application in the province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia requested departments, branches, localities, and units to urgently specify the tasks of issuing Judicial Records and Electronic Health Books on the VNeID application.
The Chairman of Dong Thap requested the Departments of Justice and Health to direct relevant departments and units to ensure human resources, technical infrastructure and necessary conditions to issue Criminal Records and Electronic Health Books via VNeID; review and standardize criminal records information in the Criminal Records Database to ensure connection with the National Population Database; shorten the time to issue Criminal Records, to be completed in September 2025.
