The Mekong Delta Startup Forum - 2nd time in 2024 has the theme "Green Economy - New driving force for development". The plenary session will be held on November 15-16 at the Dong Thap Trade Union Labor Culture House.
According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, this week, pre-Forum activities will take place, organizing 2 direct and online training courses to discuss the topics of "Green Agriculture, Green Tourism" on November 7 and 8, for businesses, startups, and innovation organizations of Dong Thap province and the Mekong Delta region.
The Organizing Committee of the Mekong Innovation Competition 2024 has received 136 projects and is evaluating and selecting the projects for the Semi-finals. The Final Round will take place on November 15 as part of the main activities of the Forum.
Provincial departments, branches and the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) are urgently implementing the main contents of the Forum's plenary session. Including preparing content for discussion sessions, technology demonstrations, building a video clip "Green Economy - New driving force for development" and a report: "Journey to find the Mekong Green Transformation Initiative 2024"; making the Forum's proceedings...
Communication and logistics work is also being actively deployed to ensure the success of the Forum.
The forum was organized to promote the spirit and actions of both the public and private sectors, especially the business and start-up forces with innovative elements to concretize the Government's policy on the Mekong Delta Regional Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050: "Sustainable development, innovation, ensuring harmony of natural advantages while creating unique marks".
