On April 11, at Thien Hanh General Hospital (Dak Lak province), a scientific conference with the theme: "Comprehensive solutions in chronic wound care and treatment" took place.
The program attracted nearly 250 delegates who are doctors and nurses from medical facilities in Dak Lak province and many provinces in the Central Highlands region to participate.

The workshop was organized to create a scientific forum for experts and medical staff to exchange experiences, standardize care procedures, improve treatment efficiency, and contribute to improving the quality of life for patients.
At the workshop, thematic reports focused on advances in modern wound treatment and care. Notably, the report of Doctor Nguyen Ngoc Thach - Deputy Head of the Department of Specialized Examination, Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Trauma Hospital attracted great attention from delegates.
The presentation content delves into the strategy of preparing the wound base, and at the same time updates the technique of applying an external ankle skin flap with an inverted internal blood vessel covering the gap in the ankle area. These are specialized techniques with high practical value, contributing to improving treatment effectiveness and minimizing complications for patients.
The event not only contributes to improving the quality of treatment of chronic injuries but also expands cooperation opportunities, towards the goal of increasingly comprehensive, safe and effective patient care.
