Mineral oil wax also helps your skin become soft and smooth by creating a protective layer on the skin and locking in moisture.

However, avoid using mineral oil wax directly on your skin if you have oily or acne-prone skin. Instead, mix a little mineral oil with moisturizer before applying it to your face.
