AEON in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) organized the program, with an exhibition week lasting from December 4 to 7, at AEON Binh Tan Trade Center, Ho Chi Minh City. This event is part of the goal of accompanying local suppliers and joining hands to promote consumption of Vietnamese goods, contributing to the sustainable development of the local economy.
This year's program has the participation of 40 suppliers. The industries displayed at the Vietnamese enterprise product exhibition week focus on food, cosmetics, household appliances, handicrafts, and textiles - footwear.
In addition, in order to improve the quality of connectivity and select suppliers, AEON Vietnam has stepped up a strict set of input screening criteria. Priority products displayed at events must meet 3-star OCOP standards or higher and must be environmentally friendly products.
This is to ensure that participants have competitiveness, standard product portfolio and sustainable development potential, thereby optimizing the efficiency of supply-demand connection and increasing long-term cooperation opportunities with AEON.
At the same time, the week is organized with the goal of supporting and accompanying local suppliers, introducing new products to consumers, creating more opportunities for connection, and supporting local businesses to improve production capacity, thereby promoting domestic consumption of goods and aiming for export through accompanying local suppliers.
Trade Connection and Product Introduction Week and Trade Connection Week Program are of great significance in bringing local suppliers closer to Vietnamese consumers, promoting domestic consumption and contributing to sustainable economic development, shared a representative of AEON Vietnam.
