Quang Yen commune, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of merging and arranging the entire natural area and population size of Dai An, Dong Linh and Quang Yen communes of the old Thanh Ba district.
Quang Yen Industrial Cluster (Quang Yen commune) was established under Decision No. 3515/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2022 of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee.
The investor of the technical infrastructure construction of the above-mentioned industrial cluster is Nam Hoang Viet Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than 510 billion VND, and a total land area of 69.42ha.
The project includes two components: Investment in construction and business of Quang Yen industrial cluster infrastructure and resettlement area serving the project.

The project to build technical infrastructure for the Quang Yen industrial cluster resettlement area was approved by the Commune People's Committee according to Decision No. 420/QD-UBND dated June 3, 2026.
The above project belongs to group C, with a total investment of more than 27 billion VND invested by the Quang Yen Commune Public Service Center.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 27, the investor issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 07: Construction of the project.
Package No. 07 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 20.5 billion VND from the state budget and other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after the above bidding package is approved for contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct synchronous technical infrastructure on an area of about 2.9ha (located in Nha Giang hill).
Along with that, construction of 3,000m2 (TL314B road surface) according to the design includes items: Leveling; traffic; rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage; electricity, water supply, lighting systems; green trees, technical infrastructure and auxiliary works.
Regarding progress, the investor requires a maximum of 360 days from commencement to contract completion. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into operation in 2027.
According to the investor, the investment objective of the project is to allocate resettlement land funds, ensure stable life, legitimate rights and interests of households and individuals whose land is recovered, and contribute to creating consensus among people in the project implementation process.

As Lao Dong newspaper has reported, Nam Hoang Viet Joint Stock Company is also the investor of the Phu Ho Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment project.
Phu Ho Industrial Cluster has a total estimated investment of 532 billion VND; total area of 75ha in Phong Chau ward, Phu Tho province.
Currently, Phong Chau Ward People's Committee and relevant agencies and units are focusing on site clearance for the project.
At the same time, the project to build a road connecting Phu Ho industrial cluster with National Highway 2, and the project to build infrastructure for the resettlement area are also being urgently implemented.
