The event was organized by the Business Forum Magazine in coordination with the Vietnam Real Estate Association and the Hai Phong Real Estate Association. The forum was attended by more than 300 delegates who are representatives of management agencies, representatives of departments, business associations, businesses, investors, experts and researchers.
After the merger of administrative units, the scale of GRDP of Hai Phong city is estimated at about 658,000 billion VND, ranking 3rd in the country; the population after the merger is about 4.6 million people, among the most populous groups in the country. The city currently possesses many outstanding factors, creating strong attraction in the real estate market in the North. Speaking at the forum, Mr. Hoang Quang Phong - Vice Chairman of VCCI emphasized that the period of 2025 - 2030 is expected to be a prosperous period for commercial real estate in the port city, especially in products such as housing, industrial parks... It is forecasted that by 2030, the middle class in Vietnam will account for about 60 - 70% of the country's population, becoming the leading force in the need for new living in large cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hai Phong, where standards of amenities, experience and balance between work - rest - enjoyment are increasingly promoted.

According to Mr. James Lai Siaw Pin - General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam Northern region, Hai Phong is quickly becoming a real estate FDI attraction center thanks to its strategic location, synchronous infrastructure and strong growth of local industry. Unlike big cities, Hai Phong still has a lot of room to develop urban areas that are well planned to serve a modern lifestyle.
Also at the forum, many delegates and experts commented that with major changes in capital flow, infrastructure, breakthroughs in many segments and the drastic participation of businesses and authorities, Hai Phong real estate is opening a new era - converging all the factors to become the center of investment, settlement and development in the North.
