The OCOP and Quang Ninh Spring Cuisine Fair 2026 is one of the trade promotion activities, contributing to stimulating consumer demand, stabilizing the market before, during and after Tet; and creating a spring tourist destination for people and tourists when coming to Quang Ninh.
According to the plan, the fair takes place from February 14 to March 3 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace; temporarily closed from the 1st to the 3rd days of the Lunar New Year.
The fair scale is about 60 standard booths, including 40 booths displaying and introducing OCOP products and 20 culinary booths.

The participating products are mainly local specialties, processed agricultural and aquatic products, food, serving consumer needs during Tet and spring travel.
Within the framework of the fair, activities are carried out to promote and promote trade, support the consumption of OCOP products, agricultural and aquatic products; propagate and encourage online shopping and e-commerce.
The event also creates conditions for businesses, cooperatives, production and business establishments to connect trade, expand product consumption markets, contributing to promoting the development of trade, services, and tourism in the province.
The cost of organizing the fair is from the state budget, estimated at about 800 million VND, serving business promotion activities, booth installation, ensuring electricity, water, security, environmental sanitation and propaganda and promotion work.
Previously, after 6 days of the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Spring 2026 (from February 6 to 11, 2026) at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, it attracted over 43,000 visitors and shoppers; total sales revenue is estimated at over 10.4 billion VND.
