The 17th Vietnam - China International Trade and Tourism Fair in 2025 (Mong Cai, Vietnam - Dongxing, China) will be held at Mong Cai 1 Central Square.
The fair is jointly organized by the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh province; the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Board; the People's Committee of Mong Cai 1 ward (Vietnam); and the People's Government of Dongxing city (China).
The event has more than 350 booths of Vietnamese, Chinese, ASEAN countries and many organizations promoting investment - trade - tourism.
In which, the Chinese side participated in 62 standard booths and 2 exhibition areas introducing socio-economic achievements. On the Vietnam side, there are over 250 booths of 162 enterprises in 31 localities, along with 3 exhibition areas displaying products, introducing the potential and strengths of the region.
In his opening speech, Mr. Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, affirmed that the Vietnam - China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership has continued to maintain a positive development momentum in recent times, achieving many important results in diplomatic relations and socio-economic fields.
After 16 editions, the Vietnam - China International Trade and Tourism Fair has not only been an annual trade promotion event of the border area, but also a forum for comprehensive cooperation in economy, trade, investment, tourism and cultural exchange between border localities; has a wide influence in many localities of Vietnam and China, especially the provinces and cities in the Southwest region (China).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Ho Hieu Ninh, Deputy Director of the Quangxi Commerce Department, Head of the delegation of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China), highly appreciated the coordination in implementing exchange and trade activities between Guangxi and Guangxi in recent times, especially trade and cultural exchanges. The fairs have become a continuous and extensive connection in cross-border cooperation in processing and consuming agricultural products and logistics; building a chain of industries and a chain of service supply closely integrated between the two sides.
Within the framework of the fair, there are many activities such as: Exhibition of socio-economic achievements of Quang Ninh and Dongxing; display of OCOP products and typical products of Quang Ninh; 2025 Investment and cooperation promotion forum; singing program on the border; The 3rd Vietnam - China International Friendship Exchange Run; along with activities to connect trade, find partners, sign import-export contracts.
The 17th Vietnam - China International Trade and Tourism Fair in 2025 is included in the National Trade Promotion Program in 2025. The fair takes place for 5 days, from December 11 to 15, 2025, at Mong Cai 1 Ward Center Square, Quang Ninh Province.
