On March 11, FPT mobile network officially launched the FAI 2.0 Call Assistant, with many improvements compared to the first version in 2024. The new version continues to promote familiar features of the previous version such as: Automatically answering calls when users cannot answer the phone, supporting receiving calls when the phone is busy, allowing to listen to call content and convert call content into text.
In the FAI 2.0 version, the system is upgraded to increase personalization and support users more flexibly in the processing of calls.
Another notable improvement is the ability to automatically set reasons for not answering the phone. If previously users could only choose suggested reasons from the system, in the new version, users can proactively set up feedback content suitable for each situation.
In particular, FAI 2.0 allows detailed installation of delivery scenarios, bringing maximum convenience to customers who regularly shop online or work with shipping partners.
When there is a call from the delivery unit while the user is busy, the assistant can inform on behalf of the busy time, the reason for being busy and provide specific instructions on delivery such as delivering to which location, who will receive it for you and the phone number of the recipient instead.
FAI 2.0 integrates GenAI technology to summarize the call content that the assistant answered instead. The summary content will be sent back to the subscriber via SMS, helping users quickly grasp the main information without having to listen to the entire call.
The FAI 2.0 Call Assistant service is provided with a fee of 9,000 VND/month. In particular, the service applies 7 free trial days for first-time subscribers, and subscribers who are using the previous version also experience the new version with 7 free days from the time of registration.
