Research survey across 6 Southeast Asian (SEA) markets shows that Samsung leads the top 50 brands in terms of brand recognition, quality, trust and innovation.
Samsung's top position in this ranking demonstrates its commitment to innovation, superior product quality and brand strength with an overall score of 69.27%, a few points higher than the second-placed brand in the electronics sector.
This achievement is due to Samsung’s leading position in the electronics sector in five Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. In addition, Samsung achieved the highest brand recognition score in Southeast Asia (89%), and was highly rated for product quality, reliability and innovation.
Brands are evaluated based on nine key criteria, such as brand recognition, purchase rate, quality, shopping experience, customer service, reliability, innovation, brand touchpoints and advocacy.
