According to the plan, the registration period for the competition takes place until the end of April 30, 2026. During this time, the Organizing Committee implements free training and technical support programs through an online lecture system using videos and slides to help teams proactively access the content and prepare competition plans.
Participants are teenagers aged 12 to 22 who are studying, living or have permanent residence in Tay Ninh. The contest is divided into 3 groups of age groups, including: Group A (12-15 years old), Group B (16-18 years old) and Group C for students not over 22 years old. In which, Groups A and B do not limit the number of registered teams; each team has a maximum of 2 members and 1 instructor. Group C alone has a maximum of 50 teams, each team has no more than 4 members and 1 instructor.

Regarding the organization form, Groups A and B are expected to compete in the qualifying round in an online format, focusing on the beginning of June 2026; the final round will be held live from June to July 2026. For Group C, the rounds will be held live at the same time as the final rounds of Groups A and B.
According to the Organizing Committee, the contest aims to create a practical and experiential environment in the field of science, technology and robotics; thereby contributing to improving research, creativity and technology application capacity among young people. This is also considered an activity to promote the STEM learning movement, contributing to the development of human resources to serve digital transformation, green economy and innovation in the locality.
Through this playground, Tay Ninh province expects to discover and nurture groups of students with capacity in the field of robotics and automation, creating a platform to participate in regional and national competitions in the coming time.
