On September 18, the Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province informed that Market Management Team No. 5, the Market Management Department of the province has just coordinated with the Hai Hau Commune Police and the Hai Hau Commune People's Committee to conduct a surprise inspection of business household T.T (address: Hai Hau Commune, Ninh Binh Province) represented by Mr. N.V.D.
At the time of checking the above address, the authorities discovered 1,043 units of products and 15.8kg of food of unknown origin. The value of the infringing goods was more than 10 million VND.
Accordingly, the business representative could not present invoices or documents proving the legality of the above goods.
The inspection team has drawn up a record of administrative violations, advised the Captain of Market Management Team No. 5 to issue a decision to administratively sanction the above-mentioned business household with the amount of 12 million VND and force the destruction of all violating exhibits under the supervision of the competent authority.
