University 2 phase opens an additional roadmap for candidates who have not reached the 15 points threshold

From July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, candidates nationwide will register, adjust, and supplement their aspirations for university and college admission in 2026 on the General Admissions Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training or the National Public Service Portal.

According to the 2026 university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, to be considered for admission, candidates must meet the condition of achieving a minimum of 15 points in 3 subjects of the high school graduation exam. Therefore, for candidates who have not reached this threshold, choosing a suitable study path, still having the ability to continue studying for university, becomes a major concern for many families.

The University of Two Stages was born as a new direction in the Van Hien University Ecosystem, helping candidates have more choices in this year's enrollment season, especially for those under 15 points in the high school graduation exam. In addition, the roadmap towards the group of learners wishes to start with a program associated with practice, early access to businesses, and still have the goal of continuing to improve their university degrees.

The next phase at Van Hien University helps students continue to expand their knowledge, improve their professional capacity and develop career opportunities at the university level.

Dr. Le Si Hai - Rector of Binh Minh Saigon College - said that one of the advantages of 2-stage University is that students have the opportunity to start working early and have experience from the age of 20. The training model focuses on practice to help students access businesses early, accumulate practical experience and have the opportunity to generate income right during their studies.

According to him, as the labor market increasingly values practical competence, professional experience and adaptability, early participation in the business environment helps students better understand the profession, practice working style and build self-confidence.

Many support policies for new students in 2026

In this year's enrollment season, the 2-stage University program implements many support policies for 2K8 new students. These privileges apply to candidates registering for admission until July 10, contributing to reducing initial financial pressure and accompanying candidates in the enrollment phase.

Accordingly, candidates registering for 2 phases of University admission are supported 70% of the tuition fee for the 1st semester and 20% of the tuition fee for the 2nd semester. Thus, with only 2 million VND, candidates have completed the tuition fee for the 1st semester to enter the 2-phase University roadmap.

Candidates coming to the school to complete admission registration procedures will also receive a support of 500,000 VND for travel expenses, to accompany candidates on safe trips to the school. When enrolling, candidates have the opportunity to receive many valuable gifts such as laptops, phones, motorbikes and trips.

In particular, candidates registering to study at Au Lac College (Hue) (School code: D92) also enjoy many other support policies such as support up to 90% of the first year's tuition fee and 70% of the 2nd and 3rd year's tuition fees, support for train and bus entrance tickets for out-of-province students 500,000 VND, free health check-up and health insurance for the first year, dormitory support of 1 million VND per month.
