This is the fourth consecutive year DKSH Vietnam has been named in the list, with awards spanning many different ESG categories, demonstrating the company's long-term commitment to responsible business operations.
The "Gender Equality Star" category honors businesses that have made significant progress in promoting gender equality in the workplace, including comprehensive recruitment, fair treatment and increasing the proportion of women participating in the leadership. This recognition shows that DKSH Vietnam persistently implements programs and orientations to make gender diversity a core value of the organization, in accordance with DKSH's standards.
As of 2025, women account for 55% of the total labor force at DKSH Vietnam, of which 60% of management positions are held by women. Notably, more than half of the Board of Directors are women. The company also builds a transparent and consistent salary policy to ensure income equality between genders at all levels.
DKSH Vietnam's approach to gender equality is implemented throughout the life cycle of personnel.
