This award recognizes the persistent efforts of businesses in building a working environment where employees are empowered, connected, nurture talents to develop and together create positive values for the community.
Survey results show that the highlight in the working environment at Heineken Vietnam is the high level of engagement and pride of employees, as well as unique career development support programs. 95% of employees said they feel proud when looking back at the achievements they have achieved with the company, and positively evaluate the business's contributions to the community. 94% of employees feel empowered to balance work and life, and receive the necessary support to develop in their work.
These results reflect Heineken Vietnam's long-term commitment to building a working environment with people at the center, prioritizing promoting gender balance and building a diverse and inclusive culture where all employees are facilitated to fully develop their potential. The business constantly promotes leadership capacity development programs, builds an open dialogue culture and encourages continuous learning spirit through many internal initiatives.
One of the typical initiatives is the WIN (Women Interactive Network) program – an internal network to promote the development, connection and empowerment of female employees at Heineken. The program contributes to creating conditions for many female employees to develop their potential, confidently take on management roles and contribute to the sustainable development journey of the business.
At the same time, Heineken Vietnam continues to implement many policies towards diversity, fairness and inclusion in the workplace such as maternity leave and childcare regimes applied equally to all genders, expanding welfare for dependents, and maintaining comprehensive safety and security standards for all employees.
Over three decades of development in Vietnam, Heineken has also always focused on accompanying the community through many social and environmental initiatives with the strategy "For a Better Vietnam".
