The study, called Women's Finance: Building Trust and Safety, surveyed more than 3,000 women to learn about their views, behaviors and challenges in financial matters. The results show that women in the Asia Pacific region are better supported in financial planning.
However, when it comes to asset management, women still face challenges related to work and personal life.
Mr. Luc Nhon Ly - General Director of Sun Life Vietnam - said: "Through the survey results, we see that Vietnamese women are focusing more on saving and building financial independence. However, concerns about health care costs further show that the need for access to smart financial solutions is extremely urgent. Seeking advice from experts not only helps women feel more confident in making financial plans but also helps them protect themselves from unpredictable risks. A comprehensive financial plan will bring peace of mind and ensure a better quality of life.
Ms. Tran Thu Hang - Deputy General Director of Human Resources Management, Sun Life Vietnam - shared: "At Sun Life, we are committed to accompanying Asian women by providing insurance solutions and investment products that are specifically suitable for all stages of life".
