Nestle Vietnam has just organized a training program on occupational safety and hygiene in waste collection and recycling for partners who are enterprises in the recycling sector. The program is part of Nestle's efforts to build a sustainable and responsible supply chain, associated with the company's commitment to promoting the long-term development of the community with people as the focus. The program demonstrates Nestle Vietnam's proactiveness in promoting cooperation and enhancing support for partners.

Mr. Khuat Quang Hung, Deputy General Director in charge of External Affairs and Communications, Nestle Vietnam, shared: "This training program is part of our long-term commitment to building a responsible and sustainable supply chain. By supporting recycling enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, through sharing knowledge and tools to improve occupational safety and hygiene practices, we hope to ensure the rights of workers and contribute to building a greener future. Nestle Vietnam is always steadfast in its mission of creating common values and promoting the long-term development of the community, with people being the focus of all activities.

Experts shared important knowledge, updated legal regulations, and international requirements to assess business responsibilities for environmental compliance and employee rights in the supply chain. Thereby, recycling companies better understand their roles and responsibilities in building a safe, compelling, responsible working environment and culture, ensuring the health of workers, etc.
