Tay Ninh students study in reality at the global standard Coca-Cola factory

Coca-Cola Vietnam Company has just summarized the Coke Connect 2026 program in Tay Ninh, helping students experience a modern production environment and career orientation.

The program is implemented on the basis of cooperation between Coca-Cola Vietnam and the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province, creating conditions for students to access a production environment according to global standards, directly learn about the supply chain operation process from planning, production, quality control to excellent operation at the Coca-Cola Southern Factory. This is part of Coca-Cola Vietnam's 500 million VND sponsorship package to support educational initiatives and human resource development in Tay Ninh province.

The first season attracted more than 60 applications, selecting 20 excellent students at Long An College, belonging to engineering, mechatronics, industrial electricity and related fields. During the 5-week study and practical experience, students are trained and practice with a team of experts, and are supported with travel allowances, accident insurance, welcome gifts and meals at the factory. Students also have the opportunity to prioritize participating in the Coca-Cola StemX program, the talented intern program and suitable recruitment positions.

On this occasion, Coca-Cola Vietnam and the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province awarded scholarships worth nearly 100 million VND to students with outstanding achievements.

According to Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc Truc - Deputy General Director of Human Resources of Coca-Cola Vietnam Company, Coke Connect contributes to building a sustainable human resource development ecosystem in Tay Ninh, while demonstrating the enterprise's long-term investment commitment to people and the local community.

Mr. Ly Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province assessed that the program is a training model associated with practice, helping students improve their practical capacity and adaptability to the working environment.

According to the plan, Coca-Cola Vietnam will deploy course 2 of the Coke Connect 2026 program in August 2026.
