Earlier, the Department of Construction announced the temporary traffic flow division of Ben Binh road during the construction of the Tam Bac river embellishment project from Lac Long Bridge to Hoang Van Thu Bridge. Accordingly, from now until the end of April 29, vehicles participating in road traffic do not move through Ben Binh street (section from Cu Chinh Lan road to Hoang Van Thu Bridge path).
