The robbery occurred on April 15, in Da Kai market area, Duc Linh district, Binh Thuan province. At that time, Ms. V.T.H (born in 1971, living in Da Kai commune) was buying meat when a bandit was approached, snatched the necklace on the neck and increased the throttle.
Hearing the sound of robbery, three men were present near the scene including Mr. Le Ngo The Dung (born in 1997, living in Me Pu commune), Mr. Tran Van Duc (born in 1980, living in Da Kai commune) and Mr. Luong Van Tu (born in 1989, living in Sung Nhon commune) drove a motorbike to chase the object.
Only after a short pursuit, the bandit was controlled, arrested and material evidence.
Da Kai commune police were immediately present at the scene, receiving the bandit.
At the police office, the subject claimed to name Phan Ba Vung (born in 1988, living in Dong Kho commune, Tanh Linh district) and had a criminal record of robbery of property.
The case is being investigated by Da Kai Commune Police in Binh Thuan Province and the People's Procuracy of the People's Procuracy in accordance with the law.
