On August 19, according to the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province, from April 20 to July 31, 2026, the Bac Ninh Employment Service Center surveyed and collected information from 5,300 workers in need of finding jobs in the province.
Survey results show quite clearly the job structure, experience, qualifications, desired income level, priority areas as well as the willingness to participate in the labor market of job seekers.
The ability to be ready to participate in the labor market is another positive point from the survey results. There are 4,826 people, about 91%, who can work in shifts; 3,784 people, accounting for 71.4%, can start working immediately. This is a supply capable of meeting relatively quickly for businesses that need to supplement human resources, especially production positions in shifts.

Notably, 5,128 people, accounting for 96.8%, prioritize working in Bac Ninh. This rate shows that the local work demand of workers is very clear, creating favorable conditions for businesses to access local human resources and can contribute to reducing time and costs to attract labor from other localities.
However, access to labor does not mean that businesses will easily recruit suitable people. The survey results show that 67.4% of workers want an income level from 10 to 20 million VND/month; 21.8% expect an income level from 5 to 10 million VND; 8.5% want from 20 to 50 million VND/month.
Working conditions are also a factor that workers are interested in, when 91.7% of respondents prioritize housework; 6.8% can work in a combined environment and 1.1% choose outdoor work.
When placed together with a 95.3% desire to work long-term, it can be seen that job seekers are interested in the overall conditions of a job, not just simply looking for an empty position. Job quality and level of suitability with workers' expectations are therefore factors that businesses need to pay attention to in the process of recruiting and retaining human resources.
Based on the data collected from the survey, the Bac Ninh Employment Service Center said that it will continue to classify and update the supply according to occupations, experience, qualifications, shift work ability, desired income level and when they can receive jobs; and regularly compare with the actual recruitment needs of businesses.
Along with that, the Center continues to promote consulting and job introduction activities, organize job transaction sessions, promote out-of-province labor and survey and collect labor market information. Labor supply and demand connection will be implemented in an increasingly specific and accurate direction: Helping workers access suitable job opportunities, while helping businesses access the right sources of candidates according to recruitment needs.
