Through initial verification, at around 9:45 a.m. the same day, Mr. Bui Van C (57 years old, residing in Coc hamlet, Quy Hoa, Lac Son district) went to his biological mother's house to use an iron stick (the form of a winding brick) to injure Ms. Bui Thi B (81 years old, the biological mother of Mr. C); Mr. Bui Van M (37 years old, Mr. C's younger brother) and Ms. Bui Thi M (36 years old, Mr. M's wife).
The incident caused Ms. Bui Thi M to die on the spot, Mr. Bui Van M is in critical condition and Ms. Bui Thi B is being treated at Hoa Binh General Hospital.
According to information provided by local people, Mr. Bui Van C (the perpetrator) has recently shown signs of nervousness, saying bullish things alone, but his family did not pay attention so they did not allow him to be treated.
