Over the past time, the whole province recorded 4 gold shop robberies with aggressive nature, subjects using hot weapons and operating in an organized manner.

Faced with the complicated developments of crime, the Provincial Police have developed a drill plan to improve command capacity, combat coordination and handling of emergency situations related to armed crime.
Participating in the drill are the Criminal Police, Mobile Police, Fire and Rescue Police and local police.

The plans are deployed according to an impressive and synchronous combat coordination mechanism of many forces to ensure practicality.
According to the simulated situation, a group of 8 subjects in a 16-seater car impersonating customers came to transact at the bank. Among them, 5 subjects carrying military guns, knives and machetes suddenly rushed in to control employees and customers to rob property.

When the security force prevented it, a security guard was shot and injured. The subjects continued to threaten people inside the bank, collected more than 10 billion VND in cash and then barricaded themselves in the transaction area.
Immediately after receiving the news, the police force quickly cordoned off the scene, deploying working groups to approach from many directions. The bank robbery group continued to take hostages and requested functional forces to provide vehicles to escape.
Under the direct command of Colonel Dau Xuan Bao - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, functional forces synchronously deployed negotiation, sniper shooting and raid plans.

When the time was right, the task forces used professional explosives and smoke bullets to support the operation. The raid teams simultaneously broke down the door, quickly controlled all subjects, discharged weapons and safely rescued 12 hostages.
In parallel with that, the Fire and Rescue Police force also handled fire situations arising during the drill, minimizing property damage.
