On August 26, Tay Son Commune Police (Gia Lai) said that they had arrested 6 subjects related to the acts of organizing the use, trading and illegal possession of drugs, seizing more than 61.7g of methamphetamine.
This is the largest amount of drugs ever discovered, fought, and dismantled directly by Tay Son Commune Police.
Previously, through grasping the situation, Tay Son Commune Police discovered suspicious signs related to illegal drug use activities at a boarding house in Phu Xuan village.

On August 7, the police force conducted an administrative inspection of boarding house B.H. D (born 1993, temporarily residing in Phu Xuan village).
Here, the police caught red-handed 4 subjects organizing the illegal use of drugs, including B.H. D, P.N. T (born 2003), N.V.B (born 1994), all residing in Tay Son commune and L.D. B. V (born 2009, residing in An Khe ward).
At the scene, the police force seized many items and tools related to the illegal use of drugs.
Expanding the investigation, Tay Son Commune Police continued to arrest N.H. P (born 1993, residing in Tay Son commune) for the act of illegally trading drugs. This is the subject who supplied drugs to a group of people using them at a motel.
The police also arrested H.V. T (born 1996, residing in Tay Son commune), a person related to the act of hiding drugs for another subject.
Through searching, the police force seized more than 61.7g of Methamphetamine.
Currently, the Gia Lai Provincial Police Investigation Agency has initiated a criminal case and prosecuted 6 defendants for investigation and handling according to legal regulations.
