When being checked and discovered by the police, Nguyen Van Tuan fled, then fled.
On August 4, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of the City Police issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Van Tuan for the crime of gambling.
On September 19, the Criminal Police Team of the Criminal Police Department of the City Police arrested Nguyen Van Tuan while he was hiding in Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The authorities brought the subject to Hai Phong to serve the investigation and handling according to regulations.
