Arresting 2 subjects transporting 288 laughing gas cylinders in Quang Ninh border area

    Quang Ninh - Functional forces at Hoanh Mo border gate have just discovered and arrested 2 subjects illegally transporting 288 N2O gas cylinders (laughing gas).

    On April 23 and 27, 2026, Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with Hoanh Mo Commune Police and Hoanh Mo Border Gate Customs to detect and arrest 2 subjects for illegally transporting laughing gas.

    The two arrested subjects are Duong Cam Quay (born 2001) and Duong Phuc Hong (born 2004), both residing in Pac Cuong village, Hoanh Mo commune.

    Exhibits seized included 288 N2O gas cylinders.

    At the functional agency, the subjects confessed that they were hired to transport the above goods to get wages.

    Currently, functional forces are continuing to complete the dossier and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
