On September 2nd, Lieutenant Colonel Duong Trong Giang - Deputy Head of Da Teh Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that the professional forces of the Commune Police had just quickly solved a robbery case that occurred in the area.
Previously, at about 9 am on August 26, a teenager wearing black clothes and a mask came to Sy Lien phone store on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, hamlet 5, Da Teh commune to ask to buy a phone.
The subject requested the store owner, Mr. Tran Quoc Sy (born 1962), to show them 2 used Samsung A73 and Samsung A25 phones, with a total value of about 7.8 million VND.
Taking advantage of the moment when Mr. Sy returned inside to get the charger, the subject took 2 phones and ran out into the alley. After that, this person got on a motorbike that was waiting for another person and then escaped.
Upon receiving the report, Da Teh Commune Police quickly traced the cameras at the store and nearby areas, following the escape direction of the subjects.
Through verification, the Da Teh Commune Police force identified 2 subjects using a red Yamaha Exciter motorbike, license plate 64E1-354. 36, running towards Da Huoai commune.
In the evening of the same day, Da Teh Commune Police coordinated with relevant units to discover and arrest 2 subjects on National Highway 20, passing through hamlet 2, Da Huoai 2 commune.
Exhibits seized included 2 Samsung A73 and Samsung A25 phones and related vehicles.
The two subjects were identified as H.K. N (born 2010, residing in Cai Ngang commune, Vinh Long province) and K.S (born 2011, residing in Da Teh 2 commune, Lam Dong province).
At the police station, the two teenagers admitted to the act of robbery. The case is being further handled and investigated by Da Teh Commune Police according to regulations.
