Nam Phuoc Commune Police, Da Nang City, has just executed an emergency arrest warrant and decided to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Tuan, born in 1988, residing in Nam Phuoc commune, to investigate the act of illegally using drugs.
Previously, through the work of reviewing and managing the area, Nam Phuoc Commune Police discovered that Tuan was a subject under management after drug rehabilitation but had many suspicious signs. Functional forces invited Tuan to work.
Through rapid testing, Tuan tested positive for Methamphetamine, commonly known as methamphetamine.
At the police station, before the documents and evidence collected, Nguyen Van Tuan admitted the violation. Tuan confessed to illegally using drugs at his biological mother's house in Nam Phuoc commune.
Nam Phuoc Commune Police are continuing to consolidate the file and handle the case according to legal regulations.
