At about 11:45 a.m. on October 25, 2025, Tu Minh Ward Police (Hai Phong City) coordinated with Working Group No. 1, Traffic Police Team No. 5 to catch Do Quang Hieu red-handed illegally storing drugs in the cemetery area of Vu Cong Dan Street.
During the patrol and control at the cemetery area of Vu Cong Dan Street (Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City), Working Group No. 1 of Traffic Police Team No. 5, Traffic Police Department of the City Police, in coordination with Tu Minh Ward Police, discovered and caught red-handed Do Quang Hieu (born in 1997, residing in Thuong Dat residential group, Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City) for illegally storing drugs.
At the scene, the authorities seized a white plastic bag containing white crystalline particles. Do Quang Hieu confessed that it was crystal meth, hidden for personal use.
Tu Minh Ward Police have received the subject and the evidence to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
