At the meeting, the Duong Kinh Ward People's Council discussed and considered approving the Regulation on spending content and spending levels for each activity in building legal normative documents in the ward; approved the draft medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030 (3rd time); adjusted and supplemented the public investment plan for 2026 (3rd time) and the draft public investment plan for 2027 (2nd time).
The Ward People's Council decided to supplement the list of public investment projects in 2026 including 7 projects: renovation and upgrading of Song He street (section from the beginning of Hai Phong street to Cau Rao 3 street); renovation and upgrading of Song He street connecting Hai Phong street, Cau Rao 3 street and land use right auction area in Residential Group No. 1; renovation and upgrading of the central ward Health Station; investment in construction of Mac Phuc Tu street, Tan Lap Residential Group; upgrading of Hai Thanh street; construction of land infrastructure in Residential Group No. 1 near the project to invest in building a new urban area in Duong Kinh ward and Kien Minh commune according to Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated June 23, 2026 of the City People's Council (now Hai Phong Residential Group, Duong Kinh ward); construction of land infrastructure in alley 178, Hai Phong street according to Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated June 23, 2026 of the City People's Council.
